“The Christian Business Initiative” is an organization that was established in Belarus several years ago. Now it networks company owners and entrepreneurs, who want to improve their businesses, learn new things about leading the employees, share experience and encourage each other. The members of the organization were invited to evening seminars that Business Mission participants taught. Every night people were coming to the meeting expecting to get new knowledge and ideas for their businesses. They were encouraged to hear that God wants them blessed and prosperous. After the seminars one of the entrepreneurs said “I am so glad I could come. Everything you talked about was interesting, and even the basic things were taught from a new standpoint. The knowledge I’ve got at this seminar will help me a lot in future.”

The business seminars are one of the most important parts of the mission trip. This time is used not only to teach on topics that vary from public relations to money management and work with customers. The team members also do their best to encourage the businessmen to take their companies to new levels, operating them in honesty and wisdom.
